Volvo is teaming up with Google to integrate a new infotainment system powered by Android, with the Google Assistant, Google Maps and the Google Play Store built-in. This new system will allow real-time updates to services such as Google Maps, Google Assistant and automotive apps. The new, fully electric Volvo XC40 will be the first to receive this new software. 

Pet owners who enjoy driving with their furry companions are taking unnecessary risks that endanger their safety and the safety of their pets.  A new study from Volvo Car USA and The Harris Poll revealed that allowing pets to roam unrestrained while driving led to significantly more unsafe driving behaviors,
