These words cannot describe everything how’s this dealer treat the guest. I ordered the new XC60 Plus Dark 6 months ago and Adrian keep in touch by email, text, phone for every concerns, questions. If you did not buy your VOLVO from this location , Do not go their service because they do not even do FREE tire Rotation for your new Volvo. And Do not forget Buy the GAS for their loaner car because they will charge you $6.00 for gallon. And think twice to buy Volvo from Volvo Cars West Houston because their Volvos ( the loaner 2023 XC60 B6 Mild Hybrid) consume 2.35 Gallon for 28 miles trip! :)

Jordan was very informative and patient and we were able to complete our purchase in one visit. Jordan's excellence was in how he listened to our questions and, best of all, was responsive with good information. He had great patience in dealing with our individual views and helping us move toward a decision. The best dealer service experience! They picked up my XC60, performed scheduled service, sent photos of the software being updated and returned the car all within four hours. They kept me informed during every step via text message. I've had many cars from all the luxury brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and Range Rover) and I must report I have never had a service experience at this level. Add to that scheduled maintenance is included in the price of the car, I'm a Volvo fan.

I have been having my Volvo XC60 serviced at Volvo West Houston for years. It has always been a good experience with everything handled extremely professionally. I just went in for service and Felipe Sommers in service was phenomenal--it was like having a family member take care of my vehicle. He patiently guided me on how best to handle repairs that saved me a lot of money even though it meant a little less revenue for the dealership. Building that type of customer trust will prove more profitable in the long run, and will assuredly cause me to mention my great experience to others...as I'm doing here.

This is also our first time owning a Volvo and first time using a dealership. We had just purchased a new XC60 and it died within 2 weeks of the purchase. The "roadside assistance" was not helpful. After several calls, they finally picked up the car to be towed to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, the service manager told me he didn't know how long it would take to fix, and that he doesn't recommend getting the first generation of new operating systems (XC60 2022 is the first to have the google set up). The service manager there at the time didn't seem the least bit concerned with my issues or frustrations. Once the car was ready, I didn't receive a call, just a simple text. It's a brand new 2 week old car, that died, and no call to explain what happened. This would have never happened at MB, which is where I have previously purchased cars. Avoid this dealership at all costs, I would recommend avoiding Volvo all together. They claim to be a luxury brand, but they do not offer a luxury experience.

First time owning a Volvo and first time using a dealership. We had just purchased a used XC60 and took it in to be inspected, and with an air conditioning complaint of it blowing warm air intermittently. Raymond, our contact there, apparently quit working at some point while there were in possession of the vehicle, and all of my emails, texts, and phone calls went unanswered for several days. When I finally went into the dealership to see what was going on, no one could find my vehicle or give me a straight answer. When they did finally locate it, they changed out two tires after I specifically told them "all 4 or none at all", replaced the cooling fan insisting it would fix the air conditioning complaint ($1200+) and of course it didn't, and gave me my vehicle back with no windshield wiper blades and a headlight falling out (something else I specifically asked to be looked at). The service manager there at the time didn't seem the least bit concerned with my issues or frustrations. Now dealing with my fourth service rep, the best he could do was offer me a 10% off coupon... except I had already had that when I first brought the vehicle in, and it was already supposed to be applied. Really frustrated, and feeling ripped off. A/C problem still exists, except now the fan makes a squeaking noise sometimes... and now after them messing with the front tires there's a new issues in the front passenger side wheel well. Poor communication, seemingly dishonest, not a through check of the vehicle, repairs/services not done as authorized, and overall unprofessional and untrustworthy. I have since tried to reach out to someone there, and of course can't get any good contact info to speak to someone who might actually care. Definitely avoid this place at all costs, everything about it was a bad experience.

My house is far from this dealership but my last experience with Mr. Raymond, the service advisor was so wonderful. So this time, I still came to this dealership to have my 2016 XC60 inspected. Again, Mr. Raymond was very professional and friendly. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issues of my car and fixed them. He gave a clear answer to each of my questions. He has extensive expertise and experience on Volvo cars. He is a trustworthy expert on Volvo cars. I highly recommend this dealership!

Beautiful dealership accompanied with great service. They gave us the most for our trade in on our Mercedes, and helped us choose the perfect XC60.
