If you custom order your Volvo vehicle with us, you don't have to take delivery here in Houston, TX. Volvo Cars will fly you (plus one) to the factory in Sweden. At no cost to you, you'll receive first-class accommodations at a hotel nearby, a VIP factory tour, a thorough presentation of your new vehicle, and up to two weeks worth of European travel insurance should you decide to take a little road trip. Custom Order FAQs
Can I buy or lease my custom-ordered Volvo vehicle?
You can do either. Once your order is completed, a small deposit is required to initiate your build at the factory. You’re welcome to fill out a credit application or wait until your vehicle arrives. Additionally, we can integrate any trade-in you have to optimize your payments.
Does my custom order lock in incentives?
When you custom order a Volvo vehicle through the Overseas Delivery Program, you’ll be given an exclusive discount that isn’t available on any other type of purchase or lease order. In that instance, a deposit is also required, but the savings and the experience are yours to enjoy!
When and where will my custom-ordered Volvo be delivered?
If you order a vehicle from us here near Cypress, TX, you can expect to take delivery on-site in about eight to twelve weeks. We’ll keep you posted on timing as your vehicle moves along the assembly line. If you order your vehicle through our Overseas Delivery Program, you will take the first delivery in Sweden. From there, Volvo Cars will ship your vehicle to us at no additional cost to you.
