New Volvo XC40 Recharge For Sale In Houston, TX

We just completed a purchase of a 2023 XC40 and we really had a great experience the whole time. Marisa was our saleswoman and she communicated excellently, was quite friendly, and really did a great job at applying minimal pressure while also keeping us informed. We preordered the vehicle and on the day we went to pick it up and sign the paperwork everything went relatively quick and both Marisa and the finance manager Paul were helpful and informative. The dealership also boasts that they do not do market increases, which is somewhat a rarity these days, and kept us from looking at some other options mostly because of poor experiences we’ve had in the recent past. All around, should we decide to purchase another Volvo in the future, I don’t imagine us going anywhere other than Volvo of West Houston.

Everyone at Volvo West Houston went above and beyond. I had a less-than-stellar experience with Volvo Austin, so I contacted VWH to discuss purchasing a new XC40. Daniel, the sales manager was absolutely phenomenal and when I told him that I needed to be in and out of the dealership in less than an hour, he set everything up in advance. A week later, after only 50min in the dealership, I was driving home from Houston with my new, fully loaded XC40. I will definitely be traveling to Volvo West Houston for my future service and car buying needs!

This dealership should be write a training manual on how to treat a customer. I've been to many dealerships in the same I10 area and they have NO CLUE what customer service is. I'm talking about you Toyota and Honda. Brenden Holmes was a joy to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, confident, unassuming and personable. He was so excited to teach me about the car, he really made the test drive fun. Paul Tavares in financing got me through the actual buying process in a little over 13 minutes. It would have been 10 but I was chatty. He did not try and sell me the bells and whistles extras. I have over the years, expected little in customer service when walking into a new dealership. I was blown away with how stress free and fun it was to buy a car here. I love my little XC40, but I truly can't wait to buy my next vehicle from them. Customer for life! Thank you guys! Great job!

I cannot say enough how impressed I am of my experience in dealing with Volvo Cars West Houston for my 2015.5 S60. Felipe set me up with a beautiful XC40 loaner and kept me up-to-date with the repair progress, while Rich quickly diagnosed my engine light issue and had the part replaced under extended warranty (a pleasant surprise to me. Thank you both and Volvo Cars USA!). Rich also completed a couple of recalls that was outstanding on my car and a much needed four-wheel alignment. To top it off, my car came back freshly washed and detailed! The facility at Volvo Cars West Houston is modern, spacious, and very clean. Everyone I encountered were friendly and pleasant. We look forward to returning sometime next year to purchase our next vehicle.

I worked with Brendan Holmes to get my new XC40. He is incredibly knowledgable, patient, and honest. This experience was truly refreshing as I just purchased another car about 2 months ago and cannot say the same about my other experience. I am super pleased with my Volvo. I should add that I drove to this dealer even though there is a Volvo dealer closer to my home, but this one has such exceptional reviews, I chose to come here. They did not disappoint. Very happy with Volvo West Houston, specially our sales rep Dennis. He was extremely patient with my wife and I. We have never purchased or driven a volvo before and he explained all the features and was straight forward, he listened to what we needed and found us the vehicle to match, after driving our new XC40 for a week, its probably the best car we have ever purchased. They have earned our business.

Brendan was professional and personable. Growing up in a family of car salespeople- I was thoroughly impressed with Brendan's knowledge and demeanor. He was an expert in all the features of the XC40, and was able to accurately compare it to other vehicles I was considering. Brendan clearly possesses the skills of an excellent salesperson. Oftentimes, one feels pressured and a sense of urgency, which makes the customer uncomfortable. That was not the case with Brendan. Daniel, was our salesman. He was very patient as we discussed so many features. We went in looking at the new XC40 and end up with a XC60. Went and test drove a new XC40. Car was great! Ask for a price on our trade. Keen to do a deal. My wife had to attend to an urgent work matter so we had to go. Guy said he would email us. 72 hours later, still not heard anything. I assured the guy we were keen to do business. Even emailed him, still nothing. I am sure I will find another Volvo dealer in Houston who wants a sale.
